The Unlucky ThiefI strongly agree with the saying "Crime doesn’t pay" because criminals always make mistakes that lead to their arrest. A clear example of this happened a few years ago in a small town. One midnight, a thief named Mark decided to rob a local jewelry store. He planned everything carefully for weeks. He turned off the security cameras, broke the glass window quietly, and stole expensive diamonds worth thousands of dollars. He thought he had committed the perfect crime. However, as Mark was running out of the shop, he accidentally dropped his wallet on the floor. Inside the wallet was his official ID card with his full name and home address! On his way out, he also tried to open the store’s automatic door, but it was locked. Panicking, he called the police himself, claiming he was trapped inside after getting lost! When the police arrived, they found Mark locked inside with a bag full of stolen diamonds and his ID on the floor. In conclusion, no matter how clever criminals think they are, something always goes wrong. Crime never pays; it only leads to prison.
