Oatrim is a USDA approved fat replacer derived from a combination of oat ?-glucan and oat maltodextrins.It is heat-stable and has been used to successfully substitute fat in baked goods , chocolates ,fillings and frostings, frozen desserts,dairy beverages, cheese, salad dressings, processes meats, and confections
