Contractor shall abide by the acceptable sanitary codes, hazard analysis and critical control points (H.A.C.C.P).r. The Contractor must present for collection of the bins each day or as advised by the Employer to transport each waste fraction to the disposal location (waste: to landfill, organics, NEOM organic waste composting plant, recyclables: nominated collection point) s. All Bin liners will be biodegradable and suitable for composting t. Contractor should provide and arrange appropriate equipment and machines if required for instance mobile scaffolding, cherry pickers, mobile crane, rope descent systems (RDS), water-fed pole, scissor lift aerial work platform, swing stage for the exterior cleaning such as but not limited to windows and glasses u. Contractor should ensure that whilst working at a height above two metres from the ground or from a solid floor construction must file safe work method statement (SWMS), OSHA standards, manufacture recommendation and may follow below minimum guidelines I. Access equipment is selected, set up and inspected for defects, and issues are reported and rectified before commencing cleaning tasks.II. Each equipment or machinery must be inspected annually or as per the manufacture recommendation by a certified and qualified individual III. b. Removal of waste and any other garbage from the entire offices compound (such as shared halls, meeting rooms, training rooms, pantry, IT room, security office, receptions, office rooms, cabins, cubicles, etc.) c. Cleaning grounds, plazas, guard rooms, food truck enclave, pavements, structures, and facilities if applicable within a 50-meter radius around the buildings or as required by NEOM d. Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, mopping with disinfectant/cleaner of the area covered under the contract such as offices, conference rooms, data room, storerooms & utility rooms e. Cleaning of bins, wastepaper baskets, shredder etc.f. Daily cleaning of facilities inclusive of all internal facilities i.e., floors, walls, sofas, chairs, tables, cabinetry, light fixtures, furnishings, mats, partitions, desks, lamps, glass panell, monitors and keyboards as per an approved SOP and operation schedule by NEOM.n. Cleaning of all open areas between the building and boundary including sweeping of roads, lawns, paths, landscaping, canopy area, smoking zones, parking lots, passengers' shelters, utilities area, stairs etc.Cleaning services for both internal and external areas and all associated products (including disinfectant services) suitable for tenants of each offices compound type 7 days/ week (from 07:00-18:00 hours) at a frequency with sufficient manpower.l. Cleaning and dusting of electrical switchboards, light fixtures, fans, air conditioner vents, overhead light fixtures, projectors, fire-fighting equipment, nameplates, plant boxes, door mats etc.
