Obese patient presents with bilateral lower limb edema, scattered ecchymotic patches, superficial varicose veins with marked tenderness, and painful toes. Heart/lungs are clear. History: treated hyperuricemia, vitamin D deficiency, irregular menstruation. Diagnoses: deep lower extremity phlebitis/thrombophlebitis, spontaneous ecchymoses, and varicose veins.
