As I begin my rewarding career as I teacher, I sit and reflect on what my goals and priorities are in the classroom.First and foremost, it is important to me that I master exceptional classroom management skills.I believe the most important aspects that I want to bring to my students are threefold: I want to educate, motivate, and inspire.Effective and efficient learning takes place when expectations in the classroom are consistent and clear.
