Chapter Two: 
classification of Commercial Companies in 
Egypt.
In this chapter we will discuss the jurisprudential classification of 
companies in Egypt to personal, capital and hybrid companies. And 
then we will discuss each type of companies in a separate sub-chapter 
as follows:

Jurisprudentially, Commercial Companies can be classified into three 
main types, and they are:
1- Personal companies
2- Capital companies
3- Hybrid companies
First: Personal companies:
Persons companies: are based on the idea of personal consideration 
between the partners, each partner feels confident to others, so they 
are formed from small number of partners. The basis for establishing a 
person‘s companies is mutual trust between the partners, so it is not
