In onboard experiments, the LTE-Maritime router communicates
with onshore BSs while a ship sails along the planned
route.In addition, for data transmission,
a  le transfer protocol (FTP) auto-call server was used where
DL, UL, and idle periods were set to 1, 1, and 3 minutes,
respectively.
