-Early-stage cancer is defined as cases with stages I and IIa in UICC staging.-breast conservative therapy consists of : -wide local excision -management of the axillary lymph nodes -postoperative radiotherapy
*Wide local excision: of the mass and any area of suspicious microcalcifications with a 1 cm safety margin in one piece , if the lesion is very close to the skin part of skin is excised to ensure the required safety margin.
