While your client is spending a holiday in one
of the touristic hotels in Sharm, he decided to
take a jetty with his partner to see their son
while he was snorkeling.The jetty was
secured to the shoreline at one end and was
about 30- 40 m in length and there were loose
ropes running along each side.Due to instability of the jetty the client fall down
sustain severe injuries.
