## Terms of Service for Mini Apps

Mini Apps (“MA”) on Telegram allow users to access services or purchase goods directly from third-party Service Providers (“SP”) within their mini app environment. These Terms of Service for Mini Apps (“MA Terms”) govern the usage of the Telegram Mini App Feature (“MAF”) provided by Telegram Messenger Inc. (“Telegram”).

**1. Acceptance of MA Terms**

By using the MAF, you agree to be bound by these MA Terms, in addition to Telegram’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the respective Terms of Service of each MA you access.

**2. Mini Apps**

All products and services offered via MAF are provided and managed by third-party SP. Telegram is not affiliated with any of these SP, and they operate independently. You acknowledge that:

- You are accessing a third-party service directly from its SP;
- Telegram only provides SP with access to third-party payment providers via its Payment Platform;
- SP may have additional terms with which you must comply;
- You assume all risks related to transactions with SP.

The individual SP are solely responsible for the content, products, goods, or services made available through their MA.  Contact the respective SP for any queries or disputes.

**3. Payments**

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers chosen by the SP. Telegram does not process payments or store credit card details.

**3.1. Payment Information**

Telegram does not store your credit card details. Such data is handled solely by third-party payment providers.

**3.2. Payment-Related Disputes**

Telegram is not responsible for any payment-related disputes, claims, losses, or issues.  Contact the respective payment provider or SP.

**4. Privacy**

**4.1. Data We Share**

When you interact with a MA, it will automatically acquire your IP address. Depending on the MA, we may also share data like your Telegram user ID, public Telegram name, username, profile picture, client language, premium subscription status, and theme color parameters.  

MA launched from the attachment menu in private chats will receive similar information about your chat partner. MA launched in channels and group chats may receive information about the chat.

**4.2. Data You Share**

You may choose to provide certain data to the MA, including but not limited to your phone number, text, media, or locations. By providing this data, you are providing it to the SP.

**5. Disclaimers**

MAF are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, functionality, or availability of MAF, its contents, or the goods and services provided therein.

You agree that matters relating to warranty, guarantee, quality, and service shall be resolved in accordance with the terms set forth by the SP.

We are not liable for:

- Inaccuracy, defect, error, or omission of price data;
- Error or delay in the transmission of price data;
- Interruption in price data;
- Maintenance, either carried out by us, our partners, or SP;
- Harm or damage incurred as a result of illegal actions by third parties;
- Harm or damage resulting from user actions, negligence, omissions, or violations of applicable laws;
- Other exceptions as described herein or in other terms governing your use of MAF.

You acknowledge that any and all legal actions, claims, or disputes arising out of or in relation to your usage of MA shall be exclusively directed towards the SP that operated the relevant MA.

**5.3. Indemnity**

You agree to indemnify Telegram from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, obligations, investigations, demands, suits, expenses, costs, and damages arising from your use of MAF.

**5.4. Conflicts of Rules**

Any controversy between these MA Terms, the SP terms, and any other provisions governing your use of MA shall be resolved in a manner most favorable to Telegram.

**6. Modification of MAF**

We may modify MAF in any way we deem necessary, without liability. SP are responsible for ensuring that their services are compatible with MAF.

**7. Changes to MA Terms**

We may update these MA Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised MAF Terms of Service on www.telegram.org/tos/mini-apps. Please check our website frequently for updates.
