 ?Patients with recent neurologic symptoms due to vascular insufficiency or evidence of severe cerebral vascular disease should not be considered candidates for dipyridamole stress testing.Acute neurologic events (stroke, transient ischemic attack) have been reported to occur in association with dipy ridamole infusion.Atrioventricular (AV) block occurs at a lower frequency than is observed with adenosine and regadenoson.Acute MI and cardiac death have rarely been associated with dipyridamole infusion.Inhaled bronchodilators may be required.??????
