Edward Albecker noted at that point he needs to interject something which is a delicate matter, between members, they have spoken about and he wanted to be clear, it involves the CEO and the Chairman and it has nothing to do with him, but it has to do with perception rather than reality - he will be the devil's advocate, but be does not want them to get the wrong impression, it is not his opinion but the opinion of other members, they hear it outside and need to be vented at the Board meeting.He noted Peter Waldron call him and told him when the CEO talks it looks like the DLP criticizing the BLP.He noted he is just throwing it out there for discussion, he does not know what the solution is.
