FUNDING
Art.- The resources of the organizations provided for in article 25 above are made up of a contribution payable by affiliated employer organizations.- Within the framework of the provisions of this law, the fund for the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases provided for in article 74 of law no. 83-13 due July 2, 1983 relating to accidents at work and diseases professional, contributes to the funding of specific programmed actions, with a view to preventing accidents at work and occupational diseases.- The carrying out of all activities relating to hygiene, security and occupational medicine is financed by the employing body.CHAPTER VII
