Under the directives of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Acting Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, new conditions have been established for entry visas for family, commercial, and tourist visits. Beginning February 7, 2024, visit requests can be made through " Matta platform " and certain criteria must be met for approval.
