Following the procedure outlined in Sec.The resulting images of the cloud were analyzed using Python software called 'MyImagingChain' to characterize the atomic cloud using Eq.(2.3) and (2.4).2.3.2 for MOT characterization, an atomic cloud was created in
the MOT and its shadow was captured using a CCD camera.
