A fire emergency in the workplace can be managed by following these steps:

Activate the fire alarm immediately to alert all occupants
Call emergency services or UAE Civil Defence
Evacuate the area immediately using the nearest safe exit (do not use elevators)
Assist others if it is safe to do so, especially vulnerable individuals
Use a fire extinguisher only if the fire is small and you are trained
Follow evacuation plans in accordance with National Fire Protection Association guidelines
Proceed to the designated assembly point after evacuation
Do not re-enter the building until it is declared safe
