The topic discusses the failure of small and medium-sized companies in the first two years. I chose this topic because I think it is one of the major issues in the world.  Many small businesses faced failure in their first two years. I really enjoyed the search so far.  Taking notes is very important because it helps to focus and organize the points you read about. In addition, I found the answers to the questions easily through the sources. I annotated more than two articles and paraphrase some parts of the annotated texts and used paraphrasing techniques that I learned. The biggest challenge was choosing the right methodology. There are many new business vocabulary I learned such as insufficient funding and so on. In-text citations often come at the end of a sentence and must have a matching reference at the end of the paper. A reference should provide complete information about a source and where it can be found.
