space, aggravated by exercise and relieved by rest, were randomly assigned to two groups, with no consideration of foot

type.Those in the supination group wore a Cobra orthosis

with a thicker medial heel and arch filler.Those in the pronation group wore a reverse Cobra orthosis with a thicker

lateral heel.
