6	PART 2: COMPENSATION FOR THE SIGNIFICANT EMPLOYER DELAY IN DESIGN PHASE
6.1	NARRATIVE
A.	Study Phase
1.This request considers that the Landscaping works was defined in the TOR as a provisional Sum item, and the same was defined later in the Consultancy Agreement.no. QBT/TB/2/20593, dated 03rd Jun 2015 (Appendix 2 - Attachment No.6), ADM clarified that the landscaping and irrigation works includes:
o	Planting and landscaping the median in the dual road.no. QBT/TB/1/258, dated 06th Apr 2015, ADM provided conditional approval for the Study Phase report regarding road design, traffic study, asphalt payment, street lighting, stormwater drainage, and request DIWI to submit geotechnical study in the next stage.With letter ref no. QDM/AM/4/16/26403, dated 14th December 2014, ADM issued an Awarding letter to DIWI for the Consultancy Services including the Design Works with a duration of Six (6) Months, starting from 16th Dec 2014.no. QBT/TB/3859, dated 23rd Mar 2015, ADM approved the Study Phase report regarding the lighting and stormwater drainage.(Appendix 2 - Attachment No.1).With letter ref.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.
