Telemedicine Implementation in Palestinian community: Challenges and possible
solutions from OPEN vhb course “Digital Collaborative Systems in Healthcare”.
Since the Online-Open course illustrates and gives great overview and knowledge
about Collaborative system in Health care, Telemedicine its’ aspects and fields,
this paper aims to highlight the expected obstacles in implementing Telemedicine
in the Palestinian community and shows how this course may tackle and
overcome them.
