You should just be ready for some disagreements.I enjoy hearing different opinions, and part of working with a large group of people is disagreement between them.I tend to get off topic and digress easily when addressing a large group.Worker: I have worked very hard on my PowerPoint Presentation to show to everyone, so I will make sure to follow that as much as possible.There have been times where I locked the door to the conference room when we begin meetings so that no one can walk in and interrupt the meeting,
so if you want to do that just in case a latecomer arrives, you can.Manager: I will conference call some of the other departments after our meeting, but we should not have to do that during your presentation.I want to chat about a few things before our departmental meeting..Worker: That's fine.Worker: Great.
