- Algerian law is applicable in matters of
e-commerce transactions in the event that one
of the parties to the electronic contract is:
- of Algerian nationality, or
- legally resides in Algeria, or
- a legal person under Algerian law, or
- if the contract is concluded or performed in Algeria.
