Method validation for determination of OTA

The analytical method was validated by the evaluation of linearity, limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ), precision and trueness based on recovery stud ies for three matrix, wheat grain, fine semolina and fiour.regression analysis and linearity was expressed as a coefficient of determination (R^{2}) The statistical param- eters were calculated by least-square regression and LOD and LOQ were considered as 3 x S/N ratio and 10\times S/N ratio, respectively.The precision was expressed as %RSD of peak areas.
