The methodology applied in the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Preparation Training Program was grounded in a structured, competency-based approach that ensured a balance between theoretical understanding and practical auditing application. This methodology ensured a participant-centered, practice-oriented learning experience, combining expert facilitation, structured assessment, and ongoing feedback to enhance participants' competence and confidence in performing ISO 9001:2015 auditing tasks in real organizational contexts. The sessions were structured to progressively build participants' knowledge -- starting from the principles of quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015 clauses, moving into audit planning and execution, and concluding with nonconformity reporting and corrective action analysis. Finally, participants engaged in individual one-to-one evaluations, during which each trainee analyzed a case study and completed a Nonconformity Report (NCR) form to demonstrate their analytical and reporting competency. The training was conducted over five consecutive days at the Ayass Hotel venues in Amman, combining classroom instruction with practical exercises, simulations, and one-to-one evaluations.Furthermore, a final evaluation form was distributed to capture participants' overall feedback regarding the training content, trainer performance, venue suitability, and the program's impact on their professional development.A subject-matter expert in ISO auditing developed the comprehensive training materials, including the pre- and post-assessment tools, the Lead Auditor examination form, and multiple audit case scenarios. The training methodology emphasized experiential and interactive learning, enabling participants to apply theoretical concepts to real audit scenarios. This evaluation provided valuable insights into participants' satisfaction levels and recommendations for future program enhancements.
