This agreement between you and Outlier (Smart Ecosystem, Inc.) governs your use of the Outlier Site (www.tryoutlier.com and associated services).  By accessing the site, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and other posted policies, confirming you're at least 18.  You're an independent contractor, assuming liability for your classification. Outlier doesn't direct or control your work, and you can work for others.  You'll maintain an accurate account with valid payment information, potentially providing ID verification. Payment for completed tasks is subject to verification and Outlier's right to delay or suspend payment for violations.  You're responsible for all taxes and compliance with employment regulations. Outlier grants a limited license to access and use the Outlier Site and Materials solely for task completion.  You assign all Intellectual Property Rights in your Work Product to Outlier.  Confidential Information must be protected, and you'll return it upon termination.  You warrant your User Content doesn't infringe on third-party rights. Outlier disclaims warranties for the Outlier Systems and Materials. You indemnify Outlier against third-party claims resulting from your actions.  Outlier's liability is limited. For U.S. residents, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration (except for small claims); class and collective actions are waived.  Other jurisdictions may have different dispute resolution processes. Outlier may contact you via phone or text.  Outlier can terminate this agreement at any time.  These Terms may be modified, requiring your continued use to signify acceptance.  These Terms constitute the entire agreement, are not assignable by you without consent, and provisions are severable.
