In order to guarantee the Program Plan's practicality, attention will be paid to young adults in colleges, universities, and youth centers to cater to their health promotion requirements. Conducting sessions in both Arabic and English will increase inclusivity and cultural relevance to maximize participation in the UAE. Challenges involve motivating students to change their behavior and making sure they attend workshops despite their busy schedules. Improving the program's effectiveness and sustainability can be achieved by leveraging social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok as well as improving the app that we created, plus partnering with healthcare providers, and regularly assessing its progress. Moreover, providing rewards and collaborating with student groups may enhance involvement and drive individuals to stop smoking and adopt lasting lifestyle adjustments. The goal of these tactics is to assist young adults in developing positive behaviors and decreasing rates of smoking over time.
