Once upon a time, there lived a rabbit . The rabbit could run very fast. One day, the rabbit saw the turtle walk very slowly. The rabbit laughed at the turtle and said, “You are such a slowcoach!” “My dear friend! You are so proud of your speed. Let’s have a race to see who is faster,” the turtle said.
So, the rabbit and the turtle had a race. The rabbit ran very fast and very far. After a while, the rabbit turned back to see where the turtle was. The turtle was walking very slowly and it was far behind the rabbit . “The turtle will take a very long time to come near me,” the rabbit thought.
The rabbit started feeling bored. He thought to take a nap. In the meantime, he began to eat the grass. After eating, he went to sleep. The turtle slowly but steadily passed the rabbit . The rabbit suddenly woke up and saw the turtle just crossing the finishing line.
