Through our research, we discovered that all young people believe that controlling anger is very important, and 90% of them agreed that it is a big problem. The answer was “yes” by 80% of them, and 20% said “no” that they suffer from anger and the answer of most of them was that there are solutions it is good for controlling anger, while there are 20% of young people who think otherwise.
Through our conclusions, we discovered that the ages of young people most vulnerable to anger range between 15-23, and there are a few who said they are between 24-27. After taking the opinion of a group of young people on the common causes of anger, we found that psychological pressures and bullying were the two most agreed upon causes. The dangers of anger to young people are very many, but after taking the opinion of young people in UTAS Ibri, it became clear that the dangers of rapid emotions take the largest share at 60% and are equal to the rates of (low academic level and psychological diseases), which is 20%. Through the questionnaire, it became clear that young people agree that (friends and family) are the best solution to get rid of anger.

In summary, everyone agreed that doing the exercises and activities you love and sitting with friends and family keeps you away from anger. Among the negative effects on the lives of young people who are unable to control anger are high blood pressure, constant nervous tension, and feelings of frustration.
