Key findings indicate that while gender-sensitive recruitment, equal pay, leadership development programs for women, and flexible working hours are implemented, their effectiveness is hampered by cultural resistance, lack of awareness, and insufficient support for work-life balance. The study underscores the need for comprehensive HR interventions, including enhanced diversity in hiring, better support for work-life balance, comprehensive training programs, transparent promotion procedures, and stronger legal frameworks. These recommendations aim to foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace environment in the Jordanian banking sector
