2. Diversity and Inclusion: To encourage women in technology, Amazon offers initiatives like "Amazon Women in Engineering" and "Amazon Warriors". They also put a lot of effort into finding and elevating diverse employees (The Pure One,2024).

3. Community Engagement: By offering educational opportunities in the STEM disciplineines to underrepresented groups and contributing a part of qualified sales, Amazon supports communities through initiatives like Amazon Smile and Amazon Future Engineer (The pure one,2024).

4. Ethical Business Practices: Strict standards and procedures have been put in place by Amazon to guarantee fair labor treatment and ethical sourcing across their supply chain. They also back campaigns against forced labor and human trafficking (The pure one,2024).

5. Disaster Relief: Amazon has contributed to organizations like the American Red Cross and offered free services in times of need, among other ways, to assist disaster relief. EveEven though Amazon has improved in these areas, some detractors contend that the firm still has to take further action, particularly about how it treats its employees and the environment (The Pure One,2024).
