Self-efficacy is the concept of a person's confidence in achieving goals and activating effectiveness and strength. Based on the assessments I have conducted, I find that I have a moderate to high level of self-efficacy, which indicates that I often feel confident in my abilities, but I face points of self-doubt, especially when I encounter some obstacles and new and unfamiliar challenges


This is important for any future employer, because people with high self-efficacy tend to have initiative, independence, and the ability to persevere and continue to improve in solving difficulties. However, there is room for improvement. Especially in terms of managing stress and avoiding failure as an opportunity to learn and grow rather than a source of frustration and despair. I am working on developing my stress management and coping skills by improving my positive thinking and stress-reducing techniques such as time management and meditation.
Self-esteem measures the extent to which a person values himself and his confidence in his abilities. Through self-assessments, I found that I have a moderate to high level of self-esteem, which means that I am generally confident in my skills and abilities, but I am sometimes harsh on myself. In the future work environment, self-esteem is important. It enhances the student's ability to take initiative, deal with criticism, and bear responsibility. For me, I know that maintaining a healthy and moderate level of self-esteem helps me maintain my motivation and continue to develop my skills without criticism or temporary failure affecting my performance. But sometimes self-criticism can lead to stress and constant anxiety about performance, which makes me need to work on finding a balance between self-motivation and avoiding unnecessary anxiety and stress that does not change anything.


My personal results indicate that I am a creative and open-minded person, responsible and cooperative, but I tend to feel anxious and stressed when facing difficult challenges and negative criticism. Also, a high level of stress may make me feel exhausted and stressed in work environments characterized by pressure, which may affect my performance if I do not deal with it correctly and healthily. This is important for a future employer, because I need to enhance my stress management skills to ensure my ability to maintain good and effective performance in difficult and tiring work environments. On the other hand, my high openness makes me receptive to others and innovative in solving problems, and a high level of responsibility and conscientiousness also makes me accomplish my tasks seriously and make sure to adhere to deadlines, which are qualities that any careful person should appreciate.
The locus of control refers to whether a person sees his successes and failures as a result of his personal efforts or not. Based on the evaluation result, I find that you tend to have internal factors, which means that I believe that my efforts and abilities are the main influence on my success or failure, not external factors. This shows that I am a proactive and responsible person and do not rely on luck or external circumstances to determine my results. This makes me more able to learn from mistakes, constantly strive for continuous improvement and take proactive measures to achieve goals. However, I realize that it is necessary to acknowledge that some things may be beyond my control and that I need to develop ways of dealing with difficult and unexpected challenges without feeling frustrated and hopeless and to make my work or study easy and flexible.


Time management skills, time management is the most important skill that affects success in personal and professional life, as the person who can organize his time effectively and efficiently is more productive and can achieve his goals with high efficiency and flexibility, which is through setting priorities, focusing on the most important and influential tasks first, then the smaller ones, planning in advance by setting a daily or weekly schedule to determine tasks and activities, and also using applications that help manage time and finally reducing distraction, such as avoiding the use of social media during work, and also working in a quiet environment that helps focus. Among the ways that help develop time management skills, such as analyzing how to spend time, acquiring productive habits, self-motivation, continuity and striving


Problem solving skills are one of the basic skills that every person needs in his personal or professional life. The world is full of difficult challenges that must be faced, and the ability to solve problems and find effective solutions enhances success and excellence in various fields. One of the ways to solve problems is to accurately define the problem and understand it from all sides, collect and analyze information, and also suggest possible solutions. One of the ways to develop problem solving skills is to acquire the skill of research and analysis, try different methods to solve problems, develop creativity and innovative thinking, and finally acquire flexibility and adaptation, such as accepting change and reconsidering solutions when necessary.


Leadership skills are also one of the most important skills that distinguish a successful and responsible person, whether in the work environment or public life. A good leader is not limited to his role in issuing orders, but is a source of inspiration and motivation for others to achieve common goals. Among the most important leadership skills are vision and strategic planning, setting clear, common and future goals for the team, and also effective communication by expressing ideas clearly, listening to others, managing the team and motivating it. Development methods include taking responsibility, taking initiative, not being afraid to make difficult decisions, learning how to deal with mistakes and turning them into learning opportunities, and finally gaining the trust of the team, caring about the team’s interests and listening to their opinions.


Finally, communication skills are needed by a person in his daily and professional life. Communication helps build strong relationships, convey ideas clearly, and avoid misunderstandings. It is also an essential element for success in any field. Its types include verbal, non-verbal, and written communication. One way to develop it is to improve listening skills and clarity in speech, use simple and direct language away from complexity, control the language of envy, and maintain good eye contact with others. This skill helps achieve success in various areas of life.


Understanding how the stages of group develop is essential to ensuring successful teamwork in various fields, whether in the work environment or volunteer activities. Every team goes through different stages of formation and development before reaching a high level of efficiency and harmony. Bruce Tuckman presented a famous model that illustrates these stages: Forming , Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning. This model helps in understanding how relationships develop within a team and how to deal with the challenges and difficulties that may be faced.


Forming stage: In this stage, we met as a team and got to know each other, understand each other, understand the common goal, what the roles are, and the way of working. Communication was formal and limited and depended on pleasantries.


Storming stage: Disagreements began to appear in this stage. We disagreed on how to divide and solve tasks, and that the leader bears more responsibilities than others. We clashed over which ideas were better than others, which led to arguments and difficulty in understanding.


Norming stage: After the discussions and understanding after the conflict, we agreed to distribute the tasks based on the skills of each person in the group, and we began to encourage and support each other and cooperate in a more fluid way.


Performing stage: We started working in harmony, where each individual completed his tasks on time, and we participated regularly and supported each other to solve any problems that may arise.


Adjoining stage: After getting to know each other, distributing tasks, facing some challenges, and solving them, a high level of cooperation and productivity was reached, and the project was successfully presented to the team.


Tuckman's model provides a deep understanding of how teams develop over time, resolve conflicts, increase productivity, and help build strong, successful teams.
