The crime of bribery in public transactions:

For this purpose, the legislator criminalized it in the text of Article 128 bis of the Penal Code and subsequently abolished it
It is included independently in the text of Article 27 of Law No. 06-01 relating to the prevention of corruption
And combating it24, under the title of bribery in the field of public transactions25, which stipulates the following

4- Bribery of foreign public officials and employees of public international organizations: the custom of the legislator
In the first chapter, Algeria specifically includes Article 20, including foreign public employees and employees of organizations
