Hisham has been serving as the Head of the Human Resources & Administration Department at the Military Technological College since its establishment.Hisham was also nominated to lead a working group tasked with developing a strategic plan for several units, including workforce estimates and budget planning.I found that the work carried out by Hisham at the Military Technological College was of exceptional quality, particularly in relation to the strategic proposals he developed for recruitment and professional staff development.Under his leadership, the group produced outstanding work that was later presented at a leadership meeting with great success.

Hisham has been serving as the Head of the Human Resources & Administration Department at the Military Technological College since its establishment. During that time, I was serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at the Ministry of Defense, overseeing all military units in matters related to human resources.

Through my position, I had the opportunity to review and evaluate the performance of various military units.
