The study aims to demonstrate the impact of implementing the principle of legal security in the legislation related to the methods of granting economic real estate on the investment climate, noting that these amendments may affect the rights of the investor and his legal status on the one hand, and the investment climate on the other hand. Among the results that we reached in light of this study is the great importance that it poses. It has this principle for the investor requesting the property on the one hand and for the state granting the economic property on the other hand and its impact on investment in light of the protection of private lands belonging to the state
