This project addresses the inflexibility of traditional cooling systems by designing an auto-control system using a microcontroller (Arduino programmed in C++). The system automatically adjusts coolant temperature (ON/OFF) based on conditions, verified using a thermo-humidity controller. DC fans replace air conditioners for cost-effectiveness. The system uses 12V and 5V DC power supplies and incorporates a magnetic card security gate for safety.
In order to solve the problem that the traditional cooling system cannot
adjust the cooling temperature to the different operation conditions, the auto-
control cooling system of is designed.
Using it, the coolant temperature can be adjusted automatically by the
microcontroller which controls the coolant operation (ON-OFF).
We use the thermos & Humidity controller to verify the perfect value of
operation.
The project designed by using Arduino as microcontroller with programming
it by C++ Language and using DC fans instead of Air conditioner units.
For more safety, the board working in DC current by provided it with two DC
power supplies 12V & 5V.
For security reasons, the board is equipped with a security gate (small lock
door) that opens with a magnetic card to prevent unauthorized persons from
entering.
