  1. Prospecting:
    Initially, we focused on identifying all the individuals or companies who might need or be interested in the company's services. Our goal at this stage was to gain a thorough understanding of potential customers' needs, not to sell.


The types of insurance offered by the company are: health insurance, car insurance, property insurance, and travel insurance. Therefore, our coverage varies depending on the type of service customers require.


Our Target Audience:


Individuals: People with families who need protection for themselves or for their cars.


Small and Medium Enterprises: Restaurants, offices, delivery companies, or any stores that need to insure their property and employees.


Travelers: Frequent travelers who need travel insurance to protect themselves and their belongings.


Customer Prospecting Methods:


By advertising on social media.


Visiting places where potential customers might be present, for example, visiting companies, car showrooms, airports, etc.


Contact the company's current clients and ask them if they know people or companies that need or are interested in our services.



  1. Planning for the Sales Call


Before making a call to any potential customer, the person conducting the call must be prepared. They must be ready to ask and receive any questions and plan the entire call so that the customer doesn't feel like the call is random.


Preparing for the call includes:


We learn about all the customers we will be calling and determine who the potential customer is who needs insurance for. Is it a company that needs to insure its property and employees, for example, or someone who travels frequently and needs travel insurance, etc.


We determine the purpose of the call: What is the purpose of the call? Do we want to gain a deeper understanding of the customer's needs? Or present services and offers? Do we want to understand their needs? Or present an offer? Or any other purpose of the call?


Then we prepare all the questions we will ask the customer to accurately understand their needs or interests.


We then prepare brief points in which we comprehensively explain all the features of the company's services, and most importantly, we focus on customer comfort and all the benefits they gain from the service.

"Hello, I'm from solidarity Insurance Company. I noticed you're interested in health and property insurance, among other things. We offer packages that include all services: motor, home, travel, domestic helper, personal accident, and medical. Our company offers packages that include several services in one plan at a reasonable price. I can quickly explain all the details if you're interested."



  1. Making the Sales Call


This step is very important because it will involve real, direct communication with the potential customer. There are important elements such as style, tone of voice, and confidence. The goal is for the potential customer to feel that you understand them and want to help them, not just make a sale.


Call Steps:


First, we begin by greeting them and introducing ourselves, the company, and its services.


We ask questions that help us accurately determine the potential customer's needs. For example: He has a car → we explain our motor insurance services.


He has a family → we explain our medical, home, and personal accident insurance services.


He travels a lot → we explain our Travel Insurance Service.


He has a maid. We explain to him about the Domestic Helper Insurance Service. And so on.


Then we provide the service that suits him and his needs.


We must focus during the call on all the potential benefits he will receive.


The call should be free of coercion and constant interruptions. Rather, the conversation should be fluid, giving the potential customer the opportunity to explain their needs. We should end the call by sending a quote or setting an appointment. End the call with a clear step, such as sending a quote or setting an appointment.


Example of a call:


"I understand from what you're saying that you need health insurance for your family, and that you also have more than one car and need to insure them. The company offers flexible packages that include motor, medical, and personal accident insurance. I can send you all the details you need, and we'll review them at your earliest convenience."



  1. Strengthening the Presentation


After explaining the offer to the potential customer, it's crucial to build their confidence in the company and present the service in a positive way. This will help the potential customer feel reassured and not hesitate to make a decision.


How do we strengthen the presentation?


By mentioning stories of other customers who were satisfied with the company's services and how the company quickly recovered their losses.

We explain the company's competitive advantages and how our services differ from those of competitors, such as speed and quality of service.
