Nanotechnology has grown to become the preeminent science and technology 
of the twenty-first century, it has great importance in many fields such as the 
biological, medical, and engineering fields(Pothur R. Srinivas et al., 2009).In this research, carbon-silver nanotubes 
were prepared by arc discharge method in ethanol, arc current, power supply, 
temperature, pressure, medium, and electrode geometry are the most important arc 
discharge synthesis parameters to consider and can be modified to obtain the best 
results, UV, EDX, XDR, and TEM were studied to characterize the product.Nanoparticles such as nano-gold, nano-silver, and carbon nanotubes are important in 
purifying water from bacteria like Pseudomonas considered species of bacteria (germ) 
that can be found in a variety of places, including soil and water.Kalantar-Zadeh B. Fry, 2008).
