I constructed a portfolio centered on four leading U.S. assets--SPY (the S&P 500 ETF), Apple, Tesla, and Mastercard--using a total capital of 20,000 OMR.Contextual factors: inflation, interest-rate shifts, investor sentiment, and global events from September 2023 to October 2025 that influenced stock performance. The allocation model was tested during a two-month demo-trading period and benchmarked against the S&P 500 index to evaluate relative returns, volatility, and overall risk.Technical analysis: daily price movements, return calculations, risk and beta estimates, plus moving-average, RSI, and CAPM-based predicted returns.Fundamental analysis: earnings per share (EPS), price-to-earnings (P/E) ratios, return on equity (ROE), and dividend yields.By combining both fundamental and technical analysis, I gained a comprehensive view of each stock's market potential and financial stability.
