RESULTS AND VALIDATION Introduction Outcomes and Verification This chapter will cover the outcomes that were obtained.To design and carry out inclusive and sustainable urban development projects, these surveys are essential for collecting information, evaluating needs, and involving stakeholders.6- Consultancy Firms: Government agencies or developers may hire private consultancies with expertise in urban planning, architecture, engineering, and social research to carry out surveys as a component of environmental evaluations, feasibility studies, or public consultation procedures for projects involving urban growth.5- Research Institutions: To examine different aspects of urban growth, such as socio-economic dynamics, environmental repercussions, and community perspectives, academic and research institutions may work with government agencies or independently perform surveys.In general, government organizations, academic institutions, and consulting businesses that work in the fields of urban planning, development, and infrastructure management have the right to perform surveys in the Muscat urban expansion project (Bawshar, Al-Amerat).Government organizations in charge of infrastructure, development, and urban planning normally have the right to undertake surveys in the context of the Muscat urban expansion project, especially in districts like Bawshar and Al-Amerat.Surveys may be carried out to find out how affordable, how desirable, and how much demand there is for housing among the people living in developing areas like Bawshar and Al-Amerat 3- Ministry of Transport and Communications: 3.VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION METHODS To ascertain the validity of the findings, I employed several techniques.First, as I mentioned in the methodology chapter, I administered a questionnaire.
