Interactionism has been attacked for its subjective and
relativistic nature.Furthermore, social structuralists criticise interactionism
for ignoring the wider social context that interaction takes
place in. From the Marxist perspective, interactionists fail
to take into account structural factors, as the distribution
of wealth and power, which constrain human behaviour.
