It is ovoid in shape and measures approximately 10 - 20 um. This stage occurs 
in the intestine of cat, the final host when Toxoplasma success to produce the 
infection, which revealed in the feces of the infected cat, sporulation occurs outside 
the body in the environment, especially in soil, vegetables, and house thresholds 
(Frenkel, 1991).Sporulated oocysts 
are remarkably resistant and can survive in soil for several months and resist the 
stomach juices (Mims et al., 2004).(1).
