The study aimed to recognize the degree of school administration activation of voluntary work hours that are required for graduation from secondary schools (pathways), concerning the (education, health, tourism, religion, law, finance, environment, and technical) domains of volunteering, according to the perspective of volunteering coordinators in Jeddah governorate (n = 105) from boy schools and (n = 130) from girl schools.The study recommended that school administration should concentrate efforts on domains that are poorly activated, like the law and tourism domains, and that it should continue providing training programs for all male and female coordinators, due to their positive impact on enhancing voluntary activities in all domains.There were no statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the variables of (gender, education, years of experience, and job status), at the (0.05) level of significance, whereas there were statistically significant differences for the variable of (training courses in voluntary work) at the (0.05) level of significance.Key Words: school administration - pathway system - voluntary work domains -hours required for graduation - volunteering coordinators
