4.5.1 Driver Selection and Qualification
Before being allowed to operate a motor vehicle, drivers shall have a 
valid driver's license acceptable to local traffic regulations for the 
class of vehicle that he has been assigned or will be assigned to 
operate.4.5.2 Driver Training and Re-qualification
4.5.2.1 SABIC Facilities/Functions within SABIC Divisions shall 
design, conduct and document a driver training program 
which includes both initial and refresher training, as well as 
knowledge and driving skills tests.Drivers of SABIC vehicles shall be able to speak and read sufficiently 
to converse with the general public, read and understand highway 
traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make 
entries on reports and records.In addition, any restrictions contained in that license must 
be complied with.
