The Islamic trend in Palestinian factions includes two main factions, namely the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine and the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas).This meeting marked the launch of the Hamas movement and the beginning of the first spark of mass action against the occupation, which took advanced stages.
