The proposed fellowship aims to achieve several key objectives.Fifthly, the ability to independently manage all laboratory administrative functions, including customer accounts, workflow logistics, professional dose reporting (IAEA GSR Part 3), and internal audits, will be developed.Firstly, the fellow will master the entire OSL measurement chain, encompassing Al2O3:C material properties, signal readout physics, and the application of operational dose quantities (Hp(10), Hp(0.07), H*(10)) in personal, area, and environmental monitoring at JRTR.Secondly, complete technical proficiency in operating OSL readers and annealing apparatus will be developed, including managing the full measurement workflow from system configuration to dose calculation.
