The keenness of developing countries to achieve sustainable economic development has made them adopt the green economy, relying on development strategies based on mechanisms with environmental dimensions.Considering that developing countries are parties to international environmental agreements with environmental and developmental specificity, it was more appropriate to move towards devoting green strategies and mechanisms to establish sound foundations for embodying a green economy, but they still face many obstacles and challenges.This is what made the international community give importance to helping developing countries in order to achieve development and protect the environment together.
