During my tenure as a volunteer with the student organization, I contributed to organizing the National Student Day festivities on campus. We encountered significant challenges in the initial phase, including divergent views on the event's direction, communication gaps, and difficulties in establishing a unified strategy as deadlines loomed.I helped consolidate disparate ideas into a cohesive strategy, delegated tasks based on individual strengths, and implemented a clear timeline with specific milestones. Our team, composed of students from diverse academic backgrounds, initially operated without a designated leader, embracing a collaborative approach to design the event program. The final program we presented emphasized the historical significance of student movements during the colonial period, particularly their revolutionary and emancipatory symbolism.
