This retrospective study, hampered by a small number of participants and limited laboratory testing, suffered from insufficient data due to poor hospital-patient and inter-institutional cooperation in Sirte.  These limitations, highlighting a service-education gap, necessitate improved collaboration for future research to achieve more comprehensive data and better patient outcomes.
