Field inspection identified unfinished thermal insulation, temporary covers, metal straps, steam trap discharge, scaffolding, and un-welded plugs/nipples. Instrumentation logic philosophy shows no deviations. Protective safety equipment (e.g., safety showers, detectors) availability and functionality confirmed.
