I tried to call the hospital  , it was too early in the morning 
 because I knew I will be late for my appointment since I have an hour and a half drive to get to IMC , the guy on reception was the operator couldn't really put me through to anyone that I could talk to 
there was no one to talk to if I wanted to make an inquiry about something
also hadn't quite finished the prep It was for a colonoscopy , i was still need needing to go to the toilet too often
